	BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION STATISTICS			إحـصـاءات الـبـنـاء والتشـييد
	This chapter includes the following:			يتـضمـن هـذا الفصـل مايلي :
	1- Data cover indicators of residential and non-residential  licensed  building of both private& cooperative sectors Source of these data is the liceneses issued by the municipalities in the country. and disseminated as follows :			1- مؤشـرات البنـاء السـكني  وغير السـكني المـــرخص فـي القطـــاعين الخــاص والتعـاوني ، ومصدرها رخص البنـاء الممنوحة في بلديات الجمهورية وتنشر وفق مايلــي :
	a - Time series that includes indicators for1963, 1970-2009 and its geographic coverage is at the country level ( urban and rural )			أ- سلسلة زمنية تتضمن مؤشرات للأعوام 1963، 1970- 2009 وشـمولــها الجغرافــي علــى مستوى الجمهـورية حضراً وريفا
	b - Data cover indicators of 2009 on the govern-orate level ( urban and rural ) . There by we indicate that the prevalence of  non- licensed building don't mean non existence of raising buildings in an illegal and unlicensed way			ب- بيانات تتضمن مـؤشـــرات عـام 2009 على مستوى المحافظـة حضـرها وريــفها ونشير إلى أن عـدم إصدار رخـص بناء لبعض أنواع الأبنية لا يعني عـدم وجود تنفيـذ للبناء بشــكل مخـالفات غير مرخصة
	2- Data cover quantity and cost of completed out of licensed residential and non-residential buildings in both private and cooperative sectors. Data source is the results of completed out of licensed building sample-  survey,and  are disseminated according to :			2- بيانات تبين كميـة وتكلفـة البناء السكنـي وغـيرالسـكني المنفـذ من المـرخص فـي القطاعين الخاص والـتعاوني ومصـدرها نتائج مسح عيـنـة البنـاء المنفـذ مـن المرخص وتـنشـر وفـق مايـلـي :
	a - Time series that includes quantitative  indicators on completed out of licensed building for1963,1970-2009 & its geographic coverage is at the country level (urban and rural)			أ- سلسـلة زمنية تتضمن المؤشـرات الكمـيـة للبنـاء المنفذ من المرخـص للأعـوام 1963،1970 -  2009وشمولها الجغرافي على مستوى الجمهوربـة حضراً وريفاً
	b- Data shows quantitative indicators of completed out of licensed buildings for 2009 and are disseminated at the governorate level (urban and rural) . Data source : completed out of licensed building sample -survey			ب- بيانات تتضـمن المؤشرات الكميـة للبنـــاء المنـفـذ من المرخـص عـام 2009 ، وتنشـر على مستوى المحافظة حضــرها وريفهـــا مصدر بياناتها : مسح عينة البناءالمنفذ من المرخص
	c- Time series that includes expenditure on completed out of licensed residential and non-residential buildings by main costs items at the country level (urban and  rural) for years 1975 -2009			جـ - سلسلة زمنيـة تتضـمن الإنفاق على البنـاء المنفـــذ من المرخص السكني وغير السكني حسب بنـود التكاليف الرئيسية على مستوى الجمهـورية حضــراً وريفــاً للأعــوام 1975 - 2009
	d- Time series that includes expenditure on wags and materials of completed out of lice-nsed building by  urban and rural areas for the years 1975 -2009			د- سلسلة زمنيـة تتضمـن الإنفــاق علــى أجور ومواد البناء المنفـذ  مـن المرخــص حســـب الحضــــر والــــريف للأعوام 1975-2009
	3- Data includes the average cost of floor square meter for 2009 of the residential building frame. As well as the average cost of finishing one floor square meter of the residential buildings for both conventi-onal & well-finished residential buildings Data includes also the average cost of one floor square meter of the building frame and finishings executed by public sector. Data source is the results of index number survey for one measurement unit of execut-ed in the residential building as per field survey whose data help in calculating the actual cost of  building in ascientific way at the governorate level and construction stages and data of a time series that includes the costof one floor square meter by building types refered to in years 1995, 2005- 2009			3- بيانات تتضمن وسطي تكلفة المتر المربع الطابقي لعام 2009 لهيكل البناء السكني ووسطي تكلفـة إكساء المتر المربع الطابقـي للبنـاء السكني مـن مستوى بناء سكني عادي ومستوى بناء جيد وكذلك وسطي تكلفة المترالمربع الطابقي للهيكل والإكسـاء للبناء الذي يـنفذه القطاع العام .ومصدرالبيانات نتائج بحـث الرقم القياسـي لواحـدة  القياس المنجزة في البنـاء السكني بمـوجب مسح ميداني تحسب مـن بياناته التكلفة الحقيقية للبناء بطريقة علمية على مستوى المحافظات ومراحل البناء . وبيانات لسلسلة زمنية تتضمن تكلفة المتر المربع الطابقي حسب أنواع البناء المشار إليها من أعوام 1995، 2005-2009
	4- Data  includes estimates on the number of dwellings, rooms , and floor area available for '2009 by governorate ( urban and rural) . Data was calculated according to the following :			4- بيانات تتضمن تقدير عدد المساكن  والغرف والمساحة الطابقية المتوفــرة لعام 2009 حسب المحافظة وحضرها وريفها وقد تم حساب البيانات حسب مايلي :
	a- Completed out of licensed  buildings which were licensned in 2009 for the cooperative and private sectors			أ -البناء المنفذ من المرخص عام 2009 للقطاعين الخاص والتعاوني
	b- Data available from :			ب- البيانات المتــوفرة من :
	Illegal buildings which were settled at municipalities			مخالفات البناء التي تمت تسويتها في البلديات
	Dwellings  completed  by the public sector			ماينفذه القطـاع العـام من الأبنيـة السكنية
	c- Estimates of  the illegal dwellings whose status still not been settled			جـ - المقـدر من الأبنيـة السكنية المخالفة التي لم تتم تسـويتهـا
	d- Estimates on the number of dwellings and rooms available in 2008			د- المقدر من عدد المساكن والغرف المتوفــرة عام 2008
	5- Data includes  indicators from the results of the1970,1981,1994,2004,2009 housing censuses on the  number of conventional occupied and vacant dewllings , their rooms and floor areas  in the urban and rural regions			5- بيانات تتضمن مؤشرات تستند إلى نتائج تعدادات المساكن للأعوام1970، 1994،1981، 2004، 2009 بعدد المساكن المعتـادة  المشغولة والخالية ومساحاتها الطابقية وعدد غرفها في الحضر والريف
