الفصل السادس القوة البشرية وقوة العمل 1- مؤشرات البناء السكني وغير السكني المرخص في القطاعين الخاص والتعاوني ومصدره رخص البناء الممنوحة في بلديات الجمهورية وتنشر وفق مايلي : أ- سلسلة زمنية تتضمن مؤشرات للأعوام 1963، 1970- 2008 وشمولها الجغرافي على مستوى الجمهورية والحضر والريف . ب- بيانات تتضمن مؤشرات عام 2008 على مستوى المحافظات حضرها وريفها ونشير إلى أن عدم إصدار رخص بناء لبعض أنواع الأبنية لا يعني عدم وجود تنفيذ للبناء بشكل مخالفات غير مرخصة . 2- بيانات تبين كمية وتكلفة البناء السكني وغير السكني المنفذ من المرخص في القطاعين الخاص والتعاوني ومصدرها نتائج مسح عينة البناء المنفذ من المرخص . وتنشر وفق ما يلي : أ- سلسلة زمنية تتضمن المؤشرات الكمية للبناء المنفذ من المرخص للأعوام 1963، 1970 - 2008وشمولها الجغرافي على مستوى الجمهوربة والحضر والريف. ب- بيانات تتضمن المؤشرات الكمية للبناء المنفذ عام 2008 من المرخص وتنشر على مستوى المحافظات حضرها وريفها ومصدر بياناتها نتائج بيانات المنفذ عام 2008 من مسح عينة البناء المرخص لعام 2008 وتتبع عينة البناء المرخص للأعوام 2004-2007 ج - سلسلة زمنية تتضمن الإنفاق على البناء المنفذ من المرخص السكني وغير السكني حسب بنود التكاليف الرئيسية على مستوى الجمهورية والحضر والريف للأعوام 1975 - 2008. د- سلسلة زمنية تتضمن الإنفاق على الأجور والمواد للبناء المنفذ من المرخص حسب الحضر والريف للأعوام 1975- 2008 3- بيانات تتضمن وسطي تكلفة المتر المربع الطابقي لعام 2008 لهيكل البناء السكني ووسطي تكلفة إكساء المتر المربع الطابقي للبناء السكني من مستوى بناء سكني عادي ومستوى بناء جيد وكذلك وسطي تكلفة المتر المربع الطابقي للهيكل والإكساء للبناء الذي ينفذه القطاع العام ومصدر البيانات نتائج بحث الرقم القياسي لواحدة القياس المنجزة في البناء السكني بموجب مسح ميداني تحسب من بياناته التكلفة الحقيقية للبناء بطريقة علمية على مستوى المحافظات ومراحل البناء . وبيانات لسلسلة زمنية تتضمن تكلفة المتر المربع الطابقي حسب أنواع البناء المشار إليها من أعوام 1995، 2005-2008 4- بيانات تتضمن تقدير عدد المساكن والغرف والمساحة الطابقية المتوفرة لعام 2008حسب المحافظات وحضرها وريفها وقد تم حساب بياناته من مجموع ما يلي : 1 البناء المنفذ من المرخص عام 2008 للقطاعين الخاص والتعاوني . 2 البيانات المتوفرة من: أ- مخالفات البناء التي تمت تسويتها في البلديات . ب- ما ينفذه القطاع العام من الأبنية السكنية 3- المقدر من الأبنية السكنية المخالفة التي لم تتم تسويتها . 4- المقدر من عدد المساكن والغرف المتوفرة عام 2007. 5- بيانات تتضمن مؤشرات تستند إلى نتائج تعدادات المساكن للأعوام1970، 1994،1981، 2004، 2008 بعدد المساكن المعتادة المشغولة والخالية ومساحاتها الطابقية وعدد غرفها في الحضر والريف.

CHAPTER VI Building & Construction Statistics 1- Data cover indicators of residential and nonresidential licensed building of private and cooperative sectors . Source of these data is the liceneses issued by the municipalities in the republic & disseminated according to : a-Time series that include indicators for 1963 ,1970-2008 & maintain geographic coverage the country urban and rural level. b- Data cover indicators of 2008 by mohafazat level urban and rural .we indicate that there are many illegal buildings . Many of them are build wilhuot an appropriate license . 2- Data cover quantity and cost of residential & non-residential licensed & accomplished building of private and cooperative sectors . Source of these data is the results of building sample survey . Data are disseminated according to : a- Time series that include quantitative indicators of licensed & accomplished building for 1963 , 1970-2008& maintain geographic coverage ; the country urban , and rural level . b- Data show quantitative indicators of licensed and accomphished building for 2008 and are disseminated on mohafazat level, urban and rural, the source of data is Results data of accomplished buildingfor 2008 from the licensed building sample survey 2008 and follow up licensed sample survey2004 -2007 c- Time series that include expenditure on residential and non-residential licensed and accomplished building according to main items of costs on country level , urban & rural for the years 1975 -2008 d-Time series that include expenditure on building materials of licensed & accomplished building by urban and rural for the years 1975 -2008 . 3- Data includes the average of the cost of floor square meter for 2008 of the residential building structure , as well as the average square meter finishing of the residential buildings for both normal & good residential buildings. Data includes also the average cost of the floor square meter of the building struiture and finishing accomplished by the general sector . The source of these data is the resalts of the indet of index number survey for measurement unit of residential building whereas actual costs of building are calculated scieintifically on country level and according to building stages . And data show the time series for cost per floor area square meter according to type of building referred to during 1995,2005-2008 4- Data includes estimates of the number of dwellings, rooms ,& floor area available for 2008 by Mohafazat & their urban and rural Data and is calculated from the following : - Completed licenced buildings which were licencned in 2008 for the cooperative and private sectors . - Data available from : a- Illegal buildings which were settled at municipalities . b- Dwellings completed by the public sector - Estimates of the Illegal dwellings which status has not been settled . - Estimatesof the number of dwellings and rooms available in 2007 5- Data includes indicators from the results of the1970,1981,1994، 2004,2008 housing censuses number of occupied & vacant dewllings and their rooms and floor areas in the urban and rural areas .
