الفصــل العــاشـــر الأســـعار والتجــارة الداخليــــة يتضمن هذا الفصل الأرقام القياسية لأسعار الجملة
والتجزئة ومتوسط أسعار التجزئة لأهم السلع والخدمات الأسرية حسب المحافظات. كما يتضمن
الفصل مبيعات مؤسسات التجارة الداخلية والخارجية للقطاع العام . وقد اتبع
في حساب الأرقام القياسية الأسلوب التالي : 1- أسعار مبيعات القطاع العام : تم حساب
الرقم القياسي حسب : طريقة لاسبير : حيث ثقلت الأسعار بكميات سنة الأساس.
وباعتماد عام 2005 كسنة أساس . وقد تم فصل القطاع التجاري عن القطاع الصناعي والزراعي. 2- أسعار التجزئة : حرص المكتب
المركزي للإحصاء على تطوير الأرقام القياسية لأسعار التجزئة من حيث الشمولية لجميع
المحافظات في الجمهورية العربية السورية
ومن حيث الأهمية في الإنفاق لمسح دخل ونفقات الأسرة. فقد تم
إعداد هذه الأرقام القياسية ممثلة للجمهورية العربية السورية مع إعطاء الأهمية المناسبة
في الإنفاق لكل من الحضر والريف في جميع محافظات الجمهورية العربية السورية وبالاعتماد
على منهجية علمية من قبل لجنة فنية متخصصة من العاملين في المكتب والوزارات المعنية
. لذا نقدم
الأرقام القياسية لأسعار التجزئة للجمهورية العربية السورية لعامي 2007 – 2008 باعتماد
عام 2005 كسنة أساس وباستخدام تثقيلات الإنفاق لمسح دخل ونفقات الأسرة عام 2003
– 2004 في جميع المحافظات باستخدام : 1- تثقيلات الإنفاق في كل محافظة من المحافظات . 2- تثقيلات الإنفاق في المحافظة بالنسبة لمجموع الانفاق
في الجمهورية العربية السورية . 3- نسب الأسعار الجارية قي كل شهر بجميع المحافظات
على متوسط سعرها في سنة الأساس . وقد بلغ
عدد المواد من السلع والخدمات التي شملها حساب الرقم القياسي 775 مادة مبوبة حسب
الدليل الصادر عن قسم احصائيات الامم المتحدة ( تصنيف الاستهلاك الشخصي حسب الغايات

CHAPTER TEN Prices
And Internal Trade This chapter includes the index
numbers of wholesale & retail trade items, the average retail prices of
the main household commodities and services distributed by mohafazat &
the sales of internal and external trade establishments relating to public
sector . The following methods were
adopted in computing the indices : 1- Sale
prices of the public sector: Index
number was calculated according to: Laspeyr way
whereas prices weighted by base year quantum. 2005 was
considered the base
year. The
commercial sector was separated from the industrial & agricultural
sectors. 2- Retail price index: The central
Bureau of Statistics observed developing the coverage
of retail price indices
so as all Mohafazat of Syrian
Arab Republic are covered
according to priority of
expenditure of the main
household commodities and services. A specialized technical
committee from the CBS staff
and Line ministries have
contributed in computation of the
retail price indices
by adopting a related
scientific methodology. The retail price indices are computed for the
whole country. They maintain the relative importance of expenditure by
Mohafazat and according to rural & urban areas. Thus the
retail price indices for
the whole country , during 2007 - 2008 , are herein presented . The 2005 was
considered the base year while
the weights of
expenditures are drawn from the
2003 / 2004 household &
expenditure survey , a process
which has been
conducted according to the following: 1- Weights of
expenditures in every Mohafaza. 2- Weights
of expenditures in every Mohafaza
as percentage to
total expenditure. 3-Using
the relatives of current prices per month by the base year annual average
price in every Mohafaza. The indices covered 775 item of goods
and services that are distributed as per the manual issued by the United
Nation Statistics Division (UNSD) ( Classification of individual Consumption
by Purpose COICOP ). |
