الفـصــل الــسـادس		CHAPTER VI
إحـصـاءات الـبـنـاء والتشـييد		BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION STATISTICS
يتـضمـن هـذا الفصـل الإحصـاءات التالية :		This chapter includes statistics on :
1- بيانــات تتضمــــن مؤشـرات البنـــاء الســــكني وغيـرالسـكني المرخص فـي القطاعيـن الخاصوالتعاوني ومصــدره رخـص البنــاء الممنوحــة في بلديات الجمهوريـــة وتنشــــر وفق مايـلــي :		1- Data cover indicators of residential and non -residential licensed building of  private and cooperative sectors . Source of  these data is the liceneses issued by the municipalities in the republic & disseminated according to :
أ - سلسلة زمنيـة تتضمن مؤشـرات للأعوام 1963، 1970- 2007 وشـمولــها الجغرافــي علــى مســـتـوى الجمهـــورية والحضــر  والريــف .		a - Time series that include indicators for 1963 , 1970-2007& maintain geographic coverage  the  country urban and rural level .
ب - بيـانـات تتضمـن مـؤشـرات لعـام 2007 وتنشـر علـى مســتوى المحافظـــات حضـرها وريـــفها ونشير إلى أن عـدم اصدار رخـــص بناء لبعض أنواع الأبنية لا يعني عـدم وجود تنفيــــذ للبنــاء بشــكل مخـالفات غير مرخصة .		b -Data cover indicators of 2007 by mohafazat level urban and rural . we indicate that ther are many illegel build- ings . Many of them are build wilhuot an appropriate license .
2- بيـانــات تبـيـن كميـــة وتكـلـفـة البنــاء الســكنـي وغيـــرالســكنـي المـنفـذ مــن المـرخـص فــــي القطاعين الخاص والـتعاوني ومـصـدرها نـتائج مســــح عيـنـة البنـاء المنـفـــذ مـن الـمــرخص . وتـنشـر وفـق مايـلـي :		2- Data cover quantity and cost of residential & non-residential licensed & accomplished building of  private and cooperative sectors . Source of these data is the results of buil -ding sample survey . Data are disseminated according to :
أ - ســلسـلة زمنـية تـتـضمـن المؤشـــرات الكمـيـة للبـنــــاء الـمـنـفـذ مــن المـرخص للأعوام 1963، 1970 -  2007   وشـمولها الجغرافي على مســتوى الجمهوريـة والحضـر والريــف.		a - Time series that include quantitative indicat -ors of licensed & accomplished building for 1963 , 1970-2007& maintain geographic coverage ; the country urban , and rural level .
ب - بيـــانــات تتضـمن المؤشــرات الكميـــة للبنــــاء المنــفـذ عـــام 2007 من المرخـــص وتنشـــــر على مســـتوى المحافظــات حضــرها وريفهـــا ومصــدر بياناتهـــا نتـائج  بيانـات المنفــــذ عـام 2007 مـن مســــــح عينـة البنــــاء المرخــص لعــام 2007 وتتبـع عينــــة البنـــاء المرخـــص للأعوام 2003-2006		b- Data show quantitative indicators of licensed and accomphished building for 2007 and are disseminated on mohafazat level, urban and rural,  the source of data  is Results data of accomplished building for 2007 from the licensed building samplesurvey 2007 and follow up licensed sample survey 2003 -2006
جـ - ســلســلة زمنيـة تتضـمن الإنفــاق على البنــاء المنفــــذمــن المرخص السـكني وغير الســكني حسـب بنـــود التكاليف الرئيســية على مســتوى الجمهورية والحضر والريــف للأعــــــــــوام 1975 - 2007 .		c- Time series that include expenditure on residential and non-residential licensed and accomplished building according to main items of costs on country level , urban & rural for the years 1975 -2007
د- ســلســلة زمنـيــــة تتضـمـــن الإنفـــــاق علــى الاجور والمــواد للبنــاءالمنفــــذ مــن المرخــص حسب الحضر والريـف للأعوام  1975- 2007		d- Time series that include expenditure on buil-ding materials of licensed & accomplished building by urban and rural for the years 1975 -2007 .
3- بيــانــــات تتضمــــن وسطي تكلفـــة المتــــــر المربع الطابقي لعام 2007 لهيكل البناء السكني ووســطي تكلفـــة إكســــاء المتـــر المربـــــع الطابقـــــــي للبنــــــــاء ســــــــكني لمســتوى بنــــــاء ســـكني عـــــادي ومســتوى  بنـــــاء جيـــــــــد . وكــــــــذلك وســـــطي تكلفـــــــة المتـــــرالمربــــــع الطـــــــــابقي للهيكــــــل والإكســـــــــاء للبنـــــــــاء الـــذي يـنفـــــــذه القطــــــاع العــــــــام ومصــدرالبيانات نتـائج بحـــث  الرقــم القياسـي لواحـدة  القيــاس المنجـزة في البنــاء الســكنـي بموجــب مســح ميدانـــي تحســب مـن بياناتـــه التكلفــة الحقيقيـة للبنــاء بطريقـــة علميــة على مسـتوى المحافظات ومراحل البنــــاء . وبيانــات لســـلســلة زمنيـــة تتضمـــن تكلفــــــة المتر المربـع الطابقـــي حسـب أنـــواع البنــــاء المشار إليها من عـام 1995، 2000-2007		3- Data includes the average of the cost of floor square meter for 2007 of the residential building structure , as well as the average square meter finishing of the residential buildings for both normal & good residential buildings. Data includes also the average cost of the floor square meter of the building struiture and finishing accomplished by the general sector . The source of these data is the resalts of the indet of index number survey for measurement unit of  residential building whereas actual costs of building are calculated scieintifically on country level and according to building stages . And data show the time series for cost per floor area square meter according to type of building referred to during 1995,2000-2007
4- بيانات تتضمـن تقديـر عـدد المســاكن والغـــرف والمســــاحة الطابقيــــــة المتوفــــرة لعام 2007 حســب المحافظات وحضرهـــا وريفهــــا وقـــد تــــم حســـاب بياناتــــه مـن مجمـــوع مايلــي :		4- Data includes estimates of the number of dwellings, rooms ,& floor area available for 2007 by Mohafazat & their urban and rural Data and is calculated from the following :
1- البنــــــاء المنفــــذ مـن المرخـــص عــام 2007 للقطاعيــن الخـــاص والتعاونــــــي .		1- Completed licenced buildings which were licencned in 2007 for the cooperative and private sectors .
2- البيانات المتــوفرة من:		2- Data  available from :
أ- مخالفـــات البنـــاء التـي تمــت تســـويتهــــــــا في البلديـــات		a- Illegal buildings which were settled at municipalities .
ب- ماينفـذه القطـاع العــام من الأبنيـــة السـكنيــــة		b- Dwellings completed by the public sector
3- المقـــدر من الأبنيــــة السـكنيـــــة المخالفــــــة التي لـم تتم تسـويتهـــا .		3- Estimates of the Illegal dwellings which status has not been settled .
4- المقدر من عدد المساكن والغرف المتوفــــــــرة عام 2006 .		4- Estimatesof the number of dwellings and rooms available in 2006
5- بيانات تتضمن مؤشرات تستند إلى نتائج تعـدادات المساكن للأعوام1970، 1994،1981، 2004 2007 بعــدد المســاكن المعتـادة  المشــــغولـة والخاليــة ومساحاتها الطابقيــة وعــدد غرفهــــا في الحضــر والريــف.		5- Data incldes  indicators from the results of the1970,1981,1994، 2004,2007 housing censuses number of occupied & vacant dewllings and their rooms and floor areas in the urban and rural areas .
