			إحـصـاءات الـبـنـاء والتشـييد		BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION STATISTICS
			يتـضمـن هـذا الفصـل الإحصـاءات التالية :		This chapter includes statistics on :
	ـ 1-	:	بيانــات تتضمــــن مؤشـرات البنـــاء الســــكني		Data cover indicators of residential and non -	:	- 1 -
			وغيـرالسـكني المرخص فـي القطاعيـن الخاص		residential  licensed  building  of  private and
			والتعاوني ومصــدره رخـص البنــاء الممنوحــة		cooperative  sectors . Source  of   these  data
			في بلديات الجمهوريـــة وتنشــــر وفق مايـلــي :		is the liceneses issued by the municipalities
					in the republic & disseminated according to :
		أ -	سلسلة زمنيـة تتضمن مؤشـرات للأعوام 1963،		Time series that include indicators for 1963 ,	a -
			1970- 2004  وشـمولــها الجغرافــي علـــــى		1970-2004& maintain geographic coverage
			مســـتـوى الجمهـــورية والحضــر  والريــف .		the  country urban and rural level .
		ب -	بيـانـات تتضمـن مـؤشـرات لعـام 2004 وتنشـر		Data cover indicators of 2004  by mohafazat	b -
			علـى مســتوى المحافظـات وحضـرها وريـــفها		level urban and rural .
			ونشير إلى أن عـدم اصدار رخـــص بناء لبعض		we indicate  that ther are many illegel build-

			مســــح عيـنـة البنـاء المنـفـــذ مـن الـمــرخص .		Source of these  data  is  the  results of  buil -

			حسب الحضر والريـف للأعوام  1975- 2003		building by  urban  and  rural  for  the  years
					1975 -2003 .
	ـ 3-	:	بيــانــــات تتضمــــن وسطي تكلفـــة المتــــــر		Data includes the average of the cost of floor	:	- 3 -
			المربع الطابقي لعام 2004 لهيكل البناء السكني		square  meter  for  2004  of  the  residential
			ووســطي تكلفـــة إكســــاء المتـــر المربـــــع		building structure , as  well  as the average
			الطابقـــــــي للبنــــــــاء ســــــــكني لمســتوى		square  meter  finishing  of  the  residential
			بنــــــاء ســـكني عـــــادي ومســتوى  بنـــــاء		buildings for both normal & good residential

	1	ـ	البنــــاء المنفــــذ مـن المرخـــص عــام 2003		Completed licenced  buildings which were	-	1

	2	ـ	البيانات المتــوفرة من:		Data  available from :	-	2
		أ-	مخالفـــات البنـــاء التـي تمــت تســـويتهــــــــا		Illegal  buildings  which  were settled  at	a-
			في البلديـــات		municipalities .
		ب-	ماينفـذه القطـاع العــام من الأبنيـــة السـكنيــــة		Dwellings  completed  by the public sector	b-
	3	-	المقـــدر من الأبنيــــة السـكنيـــــة المخالفــــة		Estimates of  the Illegal  dwellings  which	-	3

	4	-	المقــــدرمن عدد المســاكن والغـرف المتــوفره		Estimates of the number of dwellings and	-	4

	ـ 5-	:	بيانات تتضمن مؤشرات تستند إلى نتــائج تعـدادات		Data incldes  indicators from the results	:	- 5 -

			من عام 2003 .بعـــــدد المســـــــاكن المعتــــادة		and the estimates  for the 2003   number of
