From above we can say:
The phenomenon of irregular housing in Syria doesn't consider a phenomenon has a special characteristics as in other countries where such a phenomenon exists. The results reveal that there is no dwellings made of tin or dwellings don't have services provided to dwellings in the regular areas , but it is residential areas have all services provided to regular dwellings in cities centers in terms of electricity, water and sewage networks.
In terms of demographic, social and industrial characteristics of resident population in these areas ,the results showed that there are no essential differences between the characteristics of these population and the resident population in regular housing areas in terms of education, economic activity and unemployment etc..., and we found that the gender ratio is higher than the ratio at the level of republic because of that some young males immigrate from other governorates or the rural same governorate for work where reside in these areas
And it also showed that services in these areas are available ,such as schools, health centers and hospitals etc…
So, we can name these areas as irregular housing areas in terms of the legal status of dwellings and the need to rehabilitation for some dwellings, roads and various services
