1 - Householder:
He Is one adult
family member who considered as the family's chairman, he often responsible for
directing the expenditure policy for the family of the aggregate income of their
members. It doesn't require to be the oldest of his family members or the most
income, or of a particular gender, also it doesn't require for him to be related
to all of the family members.
2 - Hosehold:
Is one or more individuals who share both the housing and living arrangements,
even if they are not relatives.
3 - Educational status:
Educational degree obtained by the individual which is either( illiterate) he
does not know reading or writing or he is (Literate ) but he did not read in
Arabic or (educated ) by the different stages of education.

Relation to labor Force:
MIt means the relationship among
individuals who are able to work inside or outside the home as well as the case
of individuals who do not work for reasons as if the individual is a were
student or he is unable to work.
5 - Economic activity:
: It
means the field in which the individual carries out his career.
6 - Condition:
A condition
in which the individual suffered due to his residence in the building because of
unavailability of healthy dwelling.
7 - Dwelling:
Is a building
or part of building originally intended for one family or more, it has a
separate entrance (or more) that enable occupants to enter and exit without
having to pass through another dwelling and housing types are as follows:
1 . Villa:
It is an independent residential unit consists of one floor or more connected
with inner ladder, usually it surrounded by an external fence that includes the
building and surrounding area which may be a garden.
2 . Apartment in a building :
Is part of a building consisting of one or more rooms with special facilities
and closed by external door ,this apartment definitely is a part of building
that includes two residences at least. This apartments can be accessed through a
common entrance or ladder connects between flats or floors.
3 . Traditional house : It
consists of successive or adjacent rooms and facilities mostly punctuated by
courtyard which is a part of the dwelling and it sometimes surrounded by an
external fence, it may also consists of more than one floor.
4 . Public housing :
It consists of one or more rooms with the facilities, sometimes punctuated by a
courtyard and be within adjacent residential communities which definitely have
one floor.
5 . Rural house : It consists
of one or more rooms with adjacent facilities are often successive, which is
always one and wholly or partially surrounded by an external fence.
6 . Farm house :
It is usually built inside farms for the families to reside in either
permanently or seasonally.
8 - Dwelling floor area:
It is the area of the dwelling, including all floors which are used for the
housing purposes by square meter.
9 - Number of rooms in the dwelling:
It is the total number of rooms in the dwelling.
10 - Building material for external walls:
It deals with building materials of external walls of the buildings, where there
is a dwelling. In the case of using more than one material we take the most
used. It may be reinforced Peyton or cement block or cement block with columns
or stone that goes into the building material rather than decorative stone which
cover the building or from clay or wood and so forth.

Age of dwelling:
It is the actual number of years since
its establishing the first time, even if it restored, or add extensions to it
after its establishing.
12 - Dwelling tenure:
We
write the appropriate type of the tenure and it classified as follows:
1 . possessed ::
If the dwelling is owned by the head of the household who reside in the dwelling
or for one of its members.
2 . Furnished house Rent : If
the dwelling is rented with furniture.
3 . Unfurnished house Rent : If
the dwelling is rented without furniture.
4 . Other : Other than the
previous case as if it is a return for work or assistance or entitlement or
mortgage or etc…
13 - Mean of lighting in the dwelling:
Represents
the source used to provide the dwelling with electricity according to the
following methods:
1 . Public network electricity:
If the dwelling is connected to the public network of electricity.
2 . Self- electricity: In the
case of providing the dwelling with electricity by a private generator for the
household
3 . Other: Providing
with electricity by other ways not mentioned previously.

Water supply system for the dwelling:
Represents the
source used to provide the dwelling with water according to the following
methods:
1 . A A connected public network:
If the dwelling is connected to public network of water.
2 . Common source: when the
source is public network or any governmental project to provide the communities
with water by common faucet then transmitted it to the dwelling in different
ways.
3 . Collective well: that means
providing water through a well does not belong to a particular household but to
the total population present in the agglomeration and the water is transmitted
to the dwelling in different ways. .
4 . Special well for the household :
in the case of accessing water from a well that located inside the dwelling or
its surroundings.
5 . Other: includes providing
water in ways not mentioned before such as a buying from tanks ……etc.
15 - Mean of sanitation:
Represents the source used for disposal of wastewater according to the following
methods:
1 . Public sewerage system:
this means that the house is connected to the public sewerage system buried
under the ground.
2 . Artistical pit: discharging
of waste water by digging an artistical hole for this purpose.
3 . Open sewerage: discharging
of wastewater by open channels.
4 . There are no means.
16 - Facilities:
Facilities are considered the basics of the regular building and
consist of:
Sink requirements – gas – cooking utensils – pantry - separate bathroom used for
bathing and its requirements – separate W.C.
17 - Waja'eb:
They are areas
surrounded the dwelling such as parks or spaces or terraces……

Services available in the region:
These include the
presence of health centers , hospitals, nurseries, schools, and their distance
from the dwelling.
